Refund Policy

We stand behind GlowMap. Here's our refund policy:

Automatic refund

If our AI is unable to generate a complete report for any technical reason (poor photo quality, system error, incomplete analysis), we issue a full automatic refund within 24–48 hours — no email needed.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you follow your GlowMap routine for 30 days and don't feel that your skin has benefited from the recommendations, email us at hello@glowsmap.com and we'll issue a full refund.

You keep your report either way.

How refunds work

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. You should see the refund in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Not eligible for refund

• Requests made more than 60 days after purchase
• Fraudulent claims (multiple refund requests from the same person)
• Purchases of recommended Amazon products are NOT refundable by GlowMap — those refunds are handled by Amazon under their own policy
