These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GlowMap, accessible at glowsmap.com.

1. Acceptance

By using GlowMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What GlowMap is

GlowMap is a personalized cosmetic skincare analysis tool. We use AI to generate a report based on your quiz answers and a selfie you provide. The report includes:

• A facial zone observation map
• General skin observations
• Suggested AM and PM skincare routines
• Recommendations for skincare products available on Amazon

3. What GlowMap is NOT

• GlowMap is NOT a medical service.
• GlowMap does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• GlowMap does NOT replace consultation with a licensed dermatologist.
• For any medical skin concern (acne, rosacea, suspicious moles, etc.), consult a licensed healthcare professional.

4. Pricing and payment

A single GlowMap report costs $19 USD, one-time payment. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charges. Payment is processed by Stripe.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GlowMap.

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use GlowMap for any unlawful purpose
• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself
• Upload photos that contain nudity, illegal content, or content of minors
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate our service
• Use automated tools to interact with the service
• Share, redistribute, or resell your report

7. Affiliate links

GlowMap participates in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates. When you click product links in your report and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We disclose this relationship transparently.

8. Intellectual property

GlowMap, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by us. Your report is licensed to you for personal use only.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

GlowMap is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the recommendations will achieve any particular result.

Cosmetic skincare results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowMap and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your report.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of GlowMap after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
